THE CHAIRMAN TWEETS
QPR Chairman Tony Fernandes returned last night to the  Twittersphere to speak on the subject of QPR: On lessons learnt Among other things the Chairman spoke about how things now are going to be very different at the club; and that the club is going to very careful about the players that are signed by the QPR. In addition the Chairman himself will be taking a personal, hands-on role regarding player fining!

In a series of tweets, The Chairman declared:

" Few have gone. Few more to go. Targets Identified. Discipline key for both is season. No more messing"

-
"Learnt a lot last year. We will not have players who don't fit our culture. And very very careful who we bring in to QPR."

 -
"
In a strange strange way relegation is going to make us a much much better club."
 -
"Lots and lots of work to do. But boy we have done our homework. Really prepared. Stadium and training ground on the way."
-
"
Players and agents are going to see a very different Tony Fernandes. Those who are committed honest and loyal will see the same."
-
"I will be in charge of player fining system. 4 already fined. No one no one will take us for a ride anymore. Patience is over."

  -
"The fans come first. I owe it to the fans. We will not let you down. I will leave no stone unturned to ensure that your pride returns as a QPR fan."
-
"Thank you to all Ranger fans. Season tickets at a record high. We all appreciate it and I shall make sure all involved in qpr ensure you get your moneys worth."
-
QPR Fans have of course heard many things from a series of Chairmen (including the present one). They will be watching and hoping that these commitments are kept; that words do in fact become deeds; and that "the new QPR" returns to becoming the QPR that many of us remember.  Onwards and Upwards!
