Rangers kicked of the season as 3rd Division Champions and League Cup Champions.




Rangers won 5-1. Scorers Keen, Lazarus, Morgan I, Morgan R, Leach.

Rangers first game in the 2nd Division 1967-68 was away to Portsmouth ending 1-1. Scorer Morgan R.





First 2nd Division home game of the season against Norwich City brings a 2-0 win. Scorers Keen (pen), Morgan I,









Rangers beat Oxford Utd 5-1 in the League Cup 3rd Round.

At the end of 1967 Rangers are top of Division 2.
Beating Plymouth Argyle 4-1 on the 30th Dec 1967. Scorers Marsh 2, Keen 2.

The Rs did not have a league fixture on Saturday 2nd March,
instead they played a friendly against Internacional Bratislavia Slovanaft on Monday 4th March winning 4-3.

It all came down to the final game of the season on the 11th May 1968, against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
Rangers won 2-1 with goals from Mick Leach and the never to be forgotten Keith Bradley own goal.
